Hot Barrel Cats

Hot Barrel Cats is a feline tower-defense game with a heat-management twist. A fungal swarm called the Mildews marches down the road toward your gate, and only the cats posted along the wall can open fire. Every shot increases a cat's heat; when its burn timer runs out, it jams and cannot fire again until it has cooled. Drag overheated cats down to the spawn zone to let them cool, send fresh cats up to the wall, and drop two matching cats together to merge them into a higher tier. A merged cat arrives fully cooled, so each merge serves as both an upgrade and a rescue. Game details: single-player, 16 handcrafted levels with 1–3 stars apiece, landscape and portrait orientation, desktop and mobile. Levels: boss encounters on levels 8, 12, and 16—Big Puffball, Shelf Cap, and Spore Mother—each tests your heat management rather than your health. Characters: 15 tiers of barrel-toting cats pitted against 5 kinds of Mildew. Between battles, spend coins in the cafe on perks, claim a daily reward, and pursue achievements.
